    yesterday I added $100 to the parts for the Volvo, by purchasing 10 quarts of transmission fluid. At this rate, with all the parts that are just specific to removing the trans, I should have swapped to a manual.

    that said.. I installed 'docknothingness' so I can have nothing happen after I dock the phone. I like the dock... but have no use for the uncustomizable car home app.

    I also have "DockCarSwitches" installed, which allows me to configure the phone so that wifi & bluetooth are turned off or on when the phone is docked, and then off or on when removed again
