was $134 shipped on Amazon the other day.. not bad for a $200 case. It has twelve 5.25" slots. They include 3.5" adapters for most of those slots, but there are also some '4-in-3' adapters online that allow you to fit four 3.5" drives in the space of three 5.25" slots, so it'd be possible to get around twelve 3.5" drives in there along with an extra three 5.25" slots to do whatever you want

Mine is whisper quiet because it spins down the drives not being used.

not very hot... plenty of room for cooling. But yes, definitely noisy because of the drives. The fans & other bits won't be loud though. The only thing you can hear from my case right now are the drives, and it won't be any different with the new case.

The last couple groups of books are in line to be read next. They are a few different trilogys that take place in the same "universe" so I'm making sure I have them all lined up ready to be read.

    Bought tonight:

Indeed. Really enjoying GT5 so far, despite all the complaints about stuff. And of course Start Trek is always good.

Bought a lot of stuff for myself within this last week and starting to feel guilty

First off I got some detail stuff...
    Microfiber Waffle Weave Drying Towel
Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant - 16 oz
    Five Lake Country buffing pads

Then some stuff for my apt...
Everything else I needed for the bathroom, then got new comforter set and extra blankets for my room (been too cold).

    Managed to spend over $200
