Yeah, there seems to be a lot of people waiting impatiently for their folder. I'm semi-interested in it as well.

I ordered new Hella tail lights for my old ass truck!
The only color picture I could find of them is on this site so i'll link to it instead of taking one of their pics.

One of the books I just got from Amazon was shown as likely not arriving until almost April 13th, but it shipped early. Maybe you'll luck out too.

I am running them right now my only real proplem with them is the ungodly amount of brake dust. I have only been running them a few month's and I want to change them it is so bad.

  18. #843
That's why I'm a big fan of Akebono Euro pads. I put em on everything.

they're nothing but cheap OEM replacement pads. They fade very quickly if used a lot, and also dust quite a bit when used more heavily (I think they dust badly all the time, but I've seen others say they're fairly dust free, so I can only imagine that they use their brakes a lot more nicely than I do)

I've heard both sides of them... some say they squeek like crazy, dust, etc... others love them..

Personally, I get about 50% less dust than OEM, which is nice, and the same braking quality... at least it feels that way to me, but yes as joel said, they're pretty much cheap OEM replacement pads. Heard very good thinks about Akebono, but I'll end up upgrading to them sooner than later

personally, I think that anyone who thinks pads like red box's, and other oem replacement pads are any good, are people who don't use their brakes enough

  23. #848
I'm all about the redbox or the akebonos.
I use my brakes just fine, but I don't track my cars.

140mm wide and 80mm deep and they have 2 mounting posts that are the standard 45mm apart.

There are a ton on lights on the Hella site that are really nice!

mmmmmm I'll have to look around.
