Homemade smoothie with all fresh ingredients... blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, bananas, mint leaves, spinach, raw honey, ice, and almond milk. Yum.

Drinking a fresh glass of home juiced veggies and fruits. In the mix is spinach, carrots, lemon, green apple, and celery.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants more energy and to lose some weight. I'm down a solid 10 lbs in about 2 1/2 weeks, and feeling great.

I tried an odd drink at Red Robin yesterday. It was Bluemoon, orange vodka and orange juice. It was interesting, but not over the top amazing.

I'm drinking my daily juice concoction, again. It's pretty damn tasty. I wish I could make an extra one for later at work, but apparently it oxidizes too quickly, and loses it's nutritional oompf

Water... I'm trying to cut back on everything else for a month and exercise more to see what kind of progress I make. I don't like the fact that the shorts I've had for 8yrs don't fit anymore.

I do have milk with my breakfast, but it's not so much drinking it as using it in oatmeal.
