Love flying on that plane! Although I've never done it commercially...
    What airline?

On Air Canada - I flew their new premium economy section and it was great. Added about $300 to the flight (one way) but the seats have 8' more legroom, recline more and are wider. Basically the same as the last generation of business class. I am 6'5" and the extra legroom was really noticeable on a 12.5 hour flight.

I flew premium economy on BA from Seattle-London, definitely the way to go and like you said totally worth it. I can't imagine being on a 9+ hours flight in normal cattle class...hell I don't like being in the small seats for 3 hours domestic.

I've done Seatac to Heathrow to Manchester more times than I can count, always in cattle class. I just go for a walk around the plane and stand up in the back.

This is a pretty extreme panarama of the outside of the factory I am at....this wall is actually totally straight and I took this from roughly the middle. The building is 1.2km x 1km in footprint!!
