I had never seen a Bond film until I was in school at WSU, and a friend showed one to me (after he found out I hadn't ever seen a Bond movie .. I can't even remember which one I saw). I've seen the two Daniel Craig films since.. and that's it so far.

I do have the full collection now... just a matter of watching them.

    Last night:

Repo Men (quite good), Shutter Island (also very good), The Howling (very good)

    Tonight:

The Howling 2 (good with a great soundtrack)

Repo Men was okay... a lot better than I expected it to be at least

    saw The Town tonight.
I had basically forgotten about the film after I saw that Affleck was in it (and directing it, no less).. but after others I know saw it and liked it I figured I'd give it a shot.

It's pretty good. Nothing really stands out as being wrong. The film kind of dabs in just about everything.. a little humor, a little grit, violence, a little sex.. plenty of bad guys and not really any good guys. It's filmed pretty well... characters are pretty good.. etc. I wouldn't say it's great, but for what it is it's a pretty well rounded film. I enjoyed it.

The Wolfman. Benico Del Toro is great, as is the rest of the cast. Love the Cinematography.

Bikini Girls On Dinosaur Planet. Basically soft core porn with quick shots of dinosaurs. Much like the superior Dinosaur Island.

Which is what I watched next.

was talking to my brother (Ben) tonight.. he's been doing mostly nothing in Chicago for the last month or two, and has seen just about every movie that's been in the theatres during that time. So we talked about the couple I've seen.. Inception, The Town, and The American. I told him I had kind of ignored The Town at first since I'd seen it was an Affleck movie.. he responded saying that Affleck has directed or produced some better stuff than he's acted in.

So.. I guess I'll have to check out a couple of his films to see.. eh?

The Land That Time Forgot and Robin Hood. Not my first time watching TLTTF, but I hadn't seen Robin Hood before tonight. Both good.

Yeah it was a good watch. Everyone seemed to complain about the lack of action, but I wouldn't agree with that at all.

Watching Beetlejuice right now. What a great movie! I could watch Beetlejuice every day.

I watched 'The Warriors' in its entirety for the first time lastnight. I really liked it, definitely entertaining. There is nothing that specifically stands out or any reason why its worth watching but it kept my attention (which is REALLY hard to do.) Most movies I fall asleep if I am watching it at home.

Selena and I continued on to X-Files Season 2, I really miss the classic X-Files... I think they could have kept it going if they hadn't gotten so heavily into the government conspiracy stuff...
