Plenty of room! Look they didnt even have to mod the firewall! Maybe you should do an LS1 since that inline six is so small

Personally i wanted to turbo my M42 but decided since its my only car that for reliability i may as well swap in a 200hp+ motor instead of turbo

Look up good n tight on r3v, he turboed an M10

    I love LS1's in anything!
I have a 5.3 to put in my little Chevy S-10 when the tired 2.8 craps out!

That would just be silly heavy and over-powering for this car. I only want to have about 175hp in this little guy. The rest of my effort and money will be spent on the restoration and handling.

I called about them, left a message. They look pretty rough. I'd have to re-chrome or paint them.

$50 for the bumpers. No mounting brackets and they need to be re-chromed.

Let the pile o parts begin! I seem to stack up ~1000 dollars worth of parts before i throw them all on! Its become a trend for me

    Good luck man!

So, I didn't pick up anything. But, I'm making a list of stuff I'm going to get. $100 is going to get me a Zender front spoiler, a set of beat up euro bumpers and a passenger side mirror (My car came from the factory without one and it's driving me nuts!!!).

not that moulded thing I hope. you could paint those euro bumpers white and it'd be pretty nice looking I think.

  16. #66
I was thinking painting the euros could look good too. Problem is, he doesn't have the mounting hardware or the rubber impact strip.

I totally forgot to mention what the biggest score would be. He has a full 323 swap that he only wants $150 for. That includes the M20, tranny and driveline. I would need to find a subframe though.

Mike, do you have an engine stand?

Hell yeah! Thanks Tyler! That'll be huge in prepping my future transplanted motor. It'll be nice to pull the motor apart and learn everything about it while rebuilding it. Very exciting. My garage is going to actually serve it's purpose.

Damn this is a pretty color!
