lots going on, but no forward momentum, until last night.
it took awhile to piece all the stuff used, but it finally came together.
what a huge improvement in looks and noise

someone must have swapped out wing windows for fixed a long time ago in the past.
the glass was clear, but the moving glass was tinted... now it's all the same.
so, after much searching, got all the stuff NICE from various places, and put it all in.
surprisingly fast swap, maybe 2 hours total, tops.
