    annnnnnnnnnd ordered a set of generic black lug caps.
    i think i might invest in a set of locks for these wheels now that i'm learning that the caps are NLA... the wheels themselves will probably start to go NLA as well.

    Cn told me that there some other dealers in the country that still had them. 1stvwparts.com listed them when I looked yesterday. List price is $8ish per cap.

    Moogie mk1autohaus iirc, on ebay, can usually get stuff like this, and he ships to the US. If you run out of other options

    Just as a precaution, I ordered 4 from 1stvwparts. If I get them I will let you know. Total was something like $36. If you get them before I do, no prob. I can jsut hang on to them in case something happens to mine.
